Delivery Areas
Standard shipping within Germany.
Shipping to other EU countries is possible if selectable at checkout or upon request (sales@spylicht.de).
Shipping Warehouse
Shipping is carried out from our locations in Bucharest (Romania) and Bellheim (Germany) – depending on product availability and order.
Delivery times
Stock items: usually 2–5 business days within Germany.
Customized/printed products: usually 2–5 business days after print approval (plus shipping time).
Note: The delivery time displayed at checkout is authoritative. Information is provided without guarantee; deviations may occur on public holidays/due to shipping.
Shipping costs
The specific shipping costs are shown at checkout (depending on weight, size, recipient country, and product type).
Note: Freight goods (bulky goods/large format) may have separate rates and delivery times; delivery is to the curb.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if available).
Partial deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this is necessary for faster processing. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
Acceptance & delivery attempt
Please ensure that acceptance at the delivery address is possible. After several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us; it will be reshipped after consultation and, if necessary, against new shipping costs.
Transport damage
Please have the delivery company note any obvious damage immediately and report it to us by email (sales@spylicht.de) as soon as possible – ideally with photos of the outer box and contents.
Please report any hidden damage immediately after discovery (usually within 24–48 hours).
This helps us to assert claims against the carrier in a timely manner.
Returns (cancellation)
Please notify us in advance by email (sales@spylicht.de) of any returns made within the scope of cancellation.

Transfer of ownership & transfer of risk
For consumers (B2C), the risk is only transferred upon delivery of the goods.
For businesses (B2B), the risk is transferred upon delivery to the carrier (§ 447 BGB).
