Right of withdrawal for consumers (B2C)
In accordance with European and German law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Exceptions – Customized Products
Products that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., textile prints, LED light boxes with branding, or custom furniture) are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 312g BGB).
Return conditions
Standard products must be returned complete, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.
The customer bears the return costs, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Products with visible signs of use, assembly attempts or damage can only be partially refunded.
Return process
Send a return request by email to sales@spylicht.de within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We will send you the exact return address and further instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
If the goods are returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Policy for business customers (B2B)
Orders placed by business customers (B2B) are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns are only possible by prior arrangement and exclusively for standard products in unopened packaging.
